News: LVMH Moves To Make Hand Sanitiser For French Hospitals
Perfume can wait. Vive la France.

Amidst the Covid19 outbreak, one thing is now known to all: Wash your hands, or else…

The problem with that is, we have very quickly run out of hand sanitisers around the globe. The first people to suffer from that are the healthcare workers, tasked to keep us going while 70 to 80 percent of us eventually catch the dreaded Coronavirus.

LVMH is not just the house behind watch brands such as Hublot, Tag Heuer, Zenith and Bvlgari. It is of course the house behind brands such as Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy and yes – Louis Vuitton. LVMH has confirmed it will convert three of its factories, otherwise busy making some of the world’s most wanted perfumes, to making the universe’s most desirable hand wash.

The gels are destined directly for the hospitals in France and they will be supplied at no charge. Twelve tones will be manufactured as of tomorrow.
