In a not so surprising move, the brand follows many that have done the same, and further expands its online sales channels by means of another online shopping point. This latest move follows their initial trials in the US where they have had direct to consumer online sales since 2017.
Omega is now expanding its online sales in the United Kingdom. And customers shopping from the UK should be able to order directly through the website. This further allows the brand to get direct access to consumers in the UK, avoiding the retailers along the way.
The UK has historically had a great number of retailers carrying Omega as a brand so the country was certainly nicely covered by that network, only time will tell what impact this latest move will have on them.
Omega expects to further expand in more countries in the “near future”.
