Shop Update: Shipping Delays Resolved

Hi all,

The past week or two, we have been receiving emails regarding delayed deliveries. Firstly, thank you very much for getting in touch, as we had not noticed anything unusual on our end.

We have understood and corrected the issue with our delivery partner. It appears, in particular, shipments to the USA were affected by this. It was a pure administrative error when generating the new labels, as we have switched to a (faster, quite ironically!) service provider. All deliveries are resuming, and we hope to be back up to speed this week. Please keep an eye on your inbox, you will receive tracking information for the (Express) deliveries coming your way.
