The Zero Wait Series has been very well received (thank you!!!) and as promised, we are re-stocking it frequently. Please don’t wait for a post about new drops; we essentially update it almost daily. However, this particular update is worth another post… We’ve unleashed something truly special. A fresh drop of straps has just landed, and right at the front of the pack are some absolutely drop-dead gorgeous ostrich leg creations.
As always, our leather straps are handmade in our atelier in Belgium. For this creation, we went bold with the colors: Montecristo Brown, deep and warm like aged leather and old cigars, and Denim Blue, sharp and unexpected, a modern twist with just the right amount of swagger. Each strap carries its own character, some with larger, more dramatic scales, others with finer, more intricate textures. That’s the beauty of ostrich leg: no two straps are ever the same.
And believe me when I say this, finishing these in the workshop was dangerous. The temptation to just slip one onto my own watch and call it a day was very, very real. They’re that good. In the above picture, you get a good idea of what is in stock and ready to ship (sizing is standard/medium with a 20mm lug width). Multiple Fino style straps are available, but only a few quantities of the Grande pattern (third strap, left to right) are on hand, since that pattern is also quite a bit rarer on the hide itself.
