In Belgium, a sprinkle of snow can turn our usual routines into a winter tale, and it seems our latest deliveries are joining in on this seasonal adventure. A recent snowfall, charming yet surprisingly powerful, has put a pause on some of our shipments.
After being notified by one of our very patient customers, we have noticed that one of our batches, all prepped and ready, has decided to take an impromptu winter break. This seems to have been a particularly large batch, so unfortunately therefore impacting a high number of deliveries.
While the snow has already disappeared, that particular batch is still not showing any sign of life. Please know, we’re on top of the situation. We are working closely with the delivery service to ensure your orders break free from their snowy slumber soon. If this wintery delay lingers, please don’t worry. We’re all set to make and dispatch new orders to replace the snow-struck ones.
